  • Encouraging timely repayment by contacting and tracking debtors
  • Discussing debts with customers and creating payment plans that allow them to pay what they owe
  • Collecting payments via credit card or direct debit via phone
  • Keeping accurate records of all collections activities, logging every contact attempt, and removing settled debts and deceased individuals from records
