We're seeking a dedicated Assistant Vacation Rental Property Manager to assist with overseeing the management of our properties and ensure seamless communication with owners.
Compensation:$18 - $20 hourly
Responsibilities:Here's a glimpse into what you'll be doing:
- Managing inbound calls efficiently
- Maintaining clear and proactive communication with property owners
- Addressing guest concerns and resolving complaints promptly
- Coordinating repairs and maintenance tasks
- Liaising with vendors and scheduling services
- Organizing property cleanings and inspections
- Performing cleaning inspections
- Handling documentation and paperwork diligently
- Cultivating relationships with new clients
- Managing property schedules effectively
- Addressing reservation inquiries with expertise
- Participating in on-call duties after business hours on a rotational basis with fellow managers
- Plus other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Previous experience in property management
- Proficiency in computer systems and technology, including social media and internet platforms
- Familiarity with local laws and regulations governing property management
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and solve problems proactively
- Basic knowledge of The Villages and its amenities
- Physical capabilities to bend repeatedly and lift objects weighing up to 50 lbs
