Position Overview
As a Collections Specialist, you will play a critical role in managing our accounts receivable and maintaining strong client relationships. You will be responsible for tracking outstanding invoices, communicating with clients regarding payment plans, and taking necessary actions to recover outstanding debts. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication and negotiation skills.

**Key Responsibilities:**
