Job Overview

Synectics Inc is seeking a skilled Phlebotomist to join our team. As a Phlebotomist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our laboratory services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect blood samples from patients in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Prepare specimens for laboratory testing, adhering to established protocols and procedures.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with patients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Work collaboratively with the laboratory team to ensure seamless specimen processing and testing.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation, adhering to regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and regulatory changes.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Medical training, such as medical assistant or paramedic training, is preferred.
  • Phlebotomy certification is preferred.
  • Minimum of 6 months of experience in a related field.
  • One year of phlebotomy experience is preferred.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with experience in a retail or service environment.
  • Strong keyboarding and data entry skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent phlebotomy skills, including pediatric and geriatric.
Work Environment

This is a Monday-Friday, 7am-4pm Pacific Time position.
