Shift Starts at 5:00 PM Monday to Friday
In This Role
  • Operate Raymond order picker with platform in a narrow aisle, wire guided warehouse
  • Put away inventory into racking with RF scanners
  • Ensure all SOP’s are being followed to uphold quality and integrity of inventory
  • Meet Productivity Requirements as required
  • Report and troubleshoot nonconforming materials via the Internal Corrective Action Reporting (ICAR) process
  • Uphold our Core Values and be a valuable member of the Four Hands team 
  • Other duties as assigned by Management

The Ideal Person
  • Must be able to lift 50lbs repeatedly through the course of the day without assistance; and maneuver and lift up to 225 lbs. repeatedly with assistance
  • Experience operating Fork Lift Equipment and specifically an Order Picker required
  • Continuous walking, standing, stooping, bending, pushing, reaching in a warehouse environment
  • Maintain an exceptionally clear and safe work environment 
  • Great attention to detail, follow through, and communication
  • Identify items on all paperwork including, but not limited to: customer orders and labels, manifest documents, packing lists, stock receipts, and bill of ladings as needed
  • Basic computer skills
  • Required to wear steel toed boots/shoes at all times during work hours
  • Must be willing and able to work overtime as needed and or required
