As one of the largest home furnishing distributors, Four Hands operates from multiple locations, boasting extensive warehouse facilities. In this role, you will be integral to our distribution center, playing a key part in ensuring that products reach our customers efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the movement of finished products to designated staging areas, ensuring precise placement and accountability for all items.
  • Achieve productivity targets set by management, showcasing a proactive mindset and enhancing overall warehouse performance.
  • Utilize the Korber warehouse management system to accurately manage inventory and orders.
  • Implement the daily auditing strategy, prioritize tasks, and maintain workflow, especially in the absence of supervisory staff.
  • Resolve issues related to nonconforming items, such as mislabeled or damaged products, while adhering to quality standards.
  • Handle loading and unloading of containers or trucks.
  • Employ a handheld scanner to audit warehouse lanes, ensuring accurate inventory tracking.
  • Identify items using computer systems, inventory labels, shipping labels, and packing slips for precise order fulfillment.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized workspace, including daily cleaning tasks.

  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in warehouse or distribution center roles.
  • Experience with metric reporting using Microsoft Excel is advantageous.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and creativity.
  • Eagerness to learn and develop new skills.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
  • Willingness to work overtime as required.
