Human Resource Administrative Assistant

Human Resource Manager

Job Summary:

The Human Resource Administrative Assistant will perform administrative duties related to the operations of the human resource office.

Supervisory Responsibilities:
  • None.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Greets all Guest entering the Front Office and direct to the appropriate individual.
  • Answers and directs Site phone calls as required.
  • Schedules and organizes appointments, applicant interviews, business lunches, site engagement activities and any other HR administration needs.
  • Proofreads and type documents and correspondence produced by HR Department.
  • Assist with preparation of human resource reports such as attendance, new hire, employee training, and turnover reports.
  • Performs all administration duties as assigned for the front office.
  • Point contact in maintaining and administering site ID Badge Program and the Site Uniform Program
  • Performs office tasks including maintaining records, ordering all supplies, receiving, processing, and distributing office mail.
  • Assist the HR Department with other HR Duties.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned by the Human Resource Manager.

Required Skills/Abilities:
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Extensive knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
  • Ability to operate general office equipment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to type 60 words a minute.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
  • Ability to maintain confidential information.

Education and Experience:
  • Bachelors Degree OR a minimum of 3 years experience in the related field

Physical Requirements:
  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds at times.
