EVP of Operations and Business Development

SUMMARY:
As an iVox Solutions Executive Vice President, you will be responsible for business development, new market initiatives and analysis of current business opportunities. You will plan and initiate all business development policies and procedures to drive increased revenue streams with additional clients as well as increase revenue streams with current client partnerships. In this role, you may also be accountable for licensing initiatives and programs; duties include negotiating contracts, initiating proposals, and closing deals. You will conduct financial feasibility studies and develop proposals for new business opportunities. You will be expected to execute strategic initiatives drawing up on your acquired business acumen and leadership experience to establish sound relationships with clients and iVox staff members as well as create an evolving network of potential clients.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Leads, while partnering with the CEO and other Executive Team Members, the review and exploration of business strategy;
- Prepare sales development action plans and strategies
- Effectively use the company marketing initiatives and collateral (handouts, demo’s, and other material) and successfully engage new prospects
- Develop and maintain the customer database
- Generate and qualify leads
- Monitor competitors, market conditions
- Source and develop client referrals.
- Record all prospecting activity and account management activity on a daily basis.
- Identify areas of opportunity for driving financial improvement in current operations
- Other Duties as assigned

Job Requirements:
- Ability to travel to attend or participate in conferences, meet with potential funders, engage staff, and conduct business – Driver’s License required;
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field;
- Evidence of commitment to teamwork;
- Ability to network with C-level clients and comfortable meeting new people;
- Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office proficiency
- Self-motivated with minimal oversight
- 5-10 years of inside/outside sales experience specific to BPO call centers
- Experience in handling the entire sales process from cold call to close
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting and standing
- Exposed to a regular flow of people around the office and a moderate level of noise
- Frequently assigned to changing priorities
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field
Employment Requirements:
- Must have the authorization to work in the United
- Background check, including employment verification, criminal history required as well as drug screen
- Schedule Flexibility AM/PM, Weekends, and Weekdays where needed.
