Downtown Jacksonville, Florida insurance defense law firm seeks an enthusiastic, self-motivated full-time Subpoena Paralegal.


Primary Duties and Responsibilities for Subpoena Paralegal:

  • Works with multiple attorneys and paralegals regarding cases
  • Schedule and calendar events
  • Handle records and medical document requests
  • File and serve documents when instructed
  • Coordinate and prepare for depositions
  • Draft documents at attorneys request
  • Performs other duties as necessary.

Requirements:

  • Strong organization and communication skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Dependable with a respect to confidentiality and policies.

Preferred Requirements:

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office software.
  • Knowledge of ProLaw software.
  • Typing skills.
