Responsibilities

Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and close sales.

Bind and/or check policies.

Process customer policy change requests/request endorsements.

Prepare applications, and market new and renewal risks.

Review contracts and issue Certificates of Insurance (COIs).

Answer phones and assist clients with immediate needs


Requirements
  • Property & Casualty insurance license is required.
  • Knowledge of Mercury, Safeco, Liberty, Hartford and AMS 360 Systems are a plus
  • Knowledge of ACORD applications & Certificates
  • Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
  • Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
  • Good understanding of Personal and Commercial lines coverages
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
