POSITION PURPOSE
The Retail Sales Representative (RSR) plays a vital role in fostering a welcoming store environment by interacting with customers and team members. The RSR is dedicated to maximizing sales, ensuring store organization, executing operational tasks, and providing outstanding customer service. The RSR effectively communicates product advantages and guarantees customer satisfaction.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS (TASKS, DUTIES, AND RESPONSIBILITIES)
Customer Engagement:
  • Swiftly addresses customer concerns in a bustling retail setting.
  • Assists customers in locating products, shares promotional offers, and guarantees a pleasant shopping experience.
  • Processes point of sale transactions efficiently and maintains product stock.
Brand Representation:
  • Complies with store visual standards and ensures a tidy sales floor.
  • Implements merchandising tasks according to company protocols.
  • Exhibits strong product knowledge and promotes brand events to customers.
Drive Sales:
  • Enhances customer experience to reduce losses.
  • Maintains store cleanliness and meets productivity benchmarks.
  • Achieves daily objectives set by management.
Team Collaboration:
  • Fosters positive relationships with team members.
  • Supports colleagues and adheres to management directives.
  • Provides training and guidance to team members.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
  • Exhibits strong customer engagement skills.
  • Capable of managing multiple tasks effectively.
  • Preferably possesses a high school diploma or GED.
  • Strong communication skills with customers and team members.
  • Prior experience in retail or apparel is beneficial.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
  • Able to lift up to 40 pounds regularly.
  • Capable of standing for extended periods and performing physical tasks.
  • Requires constant walking, standing, bending, stooping, and reaching.
AVAILABILITY REQUIREMENTS
  • Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Any changes in availability must be approved by the Store Manager.
  • Shifts typically last 3-8 hours (subject to state laws).
  • Minimum hours are not guaranteed.

Compensation for this role ranges from $18.75 per hour based on experience and location.
