4. Experience with policy documentation: Prior experience in documenting policies, preferably in the banking or financial industry, is desired.
5. Analytical skills: Capable of interpreting complex information and translating it into accessible documentation.

Responsibilities:
1. Document the Risk Appetite Statement policy and procedures adopted by industry leaders and edited for bank's requirements, as outlined in the provided table.
2. Ensure that the documentation reflects the background, purpose, scope, regulatory requirements, and governance framework of the risk appetite statement.
3. Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to gather information and clarify any ambiguities regarding the policy content.
4. Organize the documentation in a structured format, ensuring clarity and coherence for users.
5. Incorporate feedback and revisions as needed to produce a finalized version of the policy documentation.
