More than just a Job
As a Spa Salesperson:

Youll help create memories for local families, by engaging with customers to understand their needs and recommend the best hot tub products and accessories.
Youll also think on your feet to resolve any challenges you may encounter and build strong relationships within our community.

Spa Sales Responsibilities

Provide a reliable, exceptional, and professional customer experience and follow-up to every customer, every time.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance goals.
Keep our showrooms clean, organized, and inviting.
Coordinate and plan special events and upcoming sales.
Primary contact for all leads, plus assist associates with selling closing sales across all location.
Be the primary contact for vendor changes / updates, including manufacturing and financing companies.
Collaborate with the team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.

Involved in the planning and execution of the marketing plan in relation to hot tub sales.

Maintain and assist with ordering, sales sheets, selling material, and sales training.

Attend networking or community events to promote the brand and company.

What Youll Need


A minimum of two years of experience in a similar position.
You have proven experience in sales, preferably in the hot tub or luxury retail industry.
Your communication and interpersonal skills are exceptional.
You will use your high motivation and passion for sales to achieve outstanding results.
You are highly motivated with a proactive and results-driven approach.
You excel at building and maintaining relationships with customers.
Your organizational and multitasking abilities are top-notch.
Experience with financing options is a plus.
Commercial and residential sales experience is a plus.
Knowledge of hot tub products and industry trends is a plus.
