Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Marketing Strategy:
    Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition across multiple channels (SEO, PPC, content, and social media).
  • SEO and PPC Oversight:
    Own the strategy and execution for SEO and paid marketing efforts, ensuring the business achieves organic growth and ROI on paid campaigns.
  • Content Development:
    Lead the creation of engaging content, including AI-generated blog posts, email campaigns, newsletters, and social media content, that supports lead generation and brand growth.
  • Creative and Branding:
    Oversee all branding efforts, ensuring consistency across digital and print platforms. Lead the enhancement and re-skinning of the website to improve user experience and engagement.
  • Collaborate with Leadership:
    Work closely with the executive team and cross-functional departments to align marketing efforts with business goals, including educational series and video-based content in partnership with the Director/VP.
  • Explore New Channels:
    Identify and leverage emerging marketing opportunities (e.g., YouTube, alternative media) to expand brand reach and drive growth in untapped areas.
  • Email Marketing & Automation:
    Build and manage email campaigns using tools like Mailchimp, optimizing for open rates, conversions, and engagement through segmented and drip marketing strategies.
  • Performance Tracking:
    Analyze and report on marketing performance, using data-driven insights to continuously improve campaigns and achieve KPIs such as lead generation, customer retention, and growth.
  • Industry Engagement:
    Represent RentFinder.ai at national industry conferences (up to 6 annually), positioning the company as a thought leader in AI-driven rental analysis.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a marketing leadership role, ideally in tech, SaaS, or a related industry.
  • Strong expertise in developing SEO strategies and managing PPC campaigns with a focus on ROI.
  • Experience leading creative design and branding initiatives, with a track record of driving brand awareness and engagement.
  • Excellent content development skills, including experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp) and social media strategies.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and independently to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to measure and report on campaign effectiveness and optimize performance.
