We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Director of Sales & Marketing with a proven track record in the hospitality sector to join our team.
Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Planning & Execution
  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies that align with the facility's goals.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with executive management to set targets and ensure alignment with overall business objectives.

Sales Leadership
  • Lead and mentor the sales team, fostering a culture of high performance.
  • Drive occupancy rates through effective sales tactics and relationship building with referral sources.
  • Utilize CRM systems to track leads, conversions, and maintain accurate sales records.

Marketing Initiatives
  • Design and execute marketing campaigns tailored to the needs of potential residents and their families.
  • Enhance brand awareness through digital marketing, public relations, and community outreach programs.
  • Manage online presence, including website content and social media platforms.

Client Engagement
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective residents, families, and referral partners.
  • Organize tours, open houses, and promotional events to showcase the facility's offerings.
  • Address inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring a positive experience for all stakeholders.

Performance Analysis
  • Monitor and analyze sales and marketing metrics to evaluate effectiveness.
  • Prepare detailed reports for senior management, highlighting successes, challenges, and areas for improvement.
  • Adjust strategies based on performance data to optimize results.

Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. MBA preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a senior sales and marketing role within the hospitality or healthcare industry.
  • Skills:Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and marketing automation tools.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data.
