What You’ll Do:

Support Sales Success:

  • Partner with our sales team to manage and qualify leads, keeping the pipeline full and flowing.
  • Schedule appointments with precision, ensuring our sales reps have the best possible routes and timing for success.
  • Prepare and deliver quotes, proposals, and contracts that leave a lasting impression on our customers.

Drive Customer Engagement:

  • Reconnect with potential customers through outbound calls, reigniting their interest in our top-notch HVAC services.
  • Engage past customers, offering them valuable upgrades, maintenance plans, and new services to keep their homes comfortable.
  • Follow up after installations to ensure complete satisfaction, address any concerns, and build strong, lasting relationships.

Be the Customer’s Go-To:

  • Serve as the primary contact for customers, answering their questions and guiding them through the sales process.
  • Keep communication lines open and clear, ensuring customers feel supported every step of the way.

Collaborate & Optimize:

  • Work closely with our installation and service teams to ensure a seamless transition from sale to execution.
  • Share valuable insights with our marketing team to enhance lead quality and campaign effectiveness.
  • Continuously seek out ways to improve our processes, contributing to a more efficient and effective sales operation.

What You Bring:

  • A high school diploma (an associate degree in business or marketing is a plus).
  • At least two years of experience in sales support or coordination, ideally in HVAC or a related field.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software (Service Titan experience is a bonus).
  • A customer-first mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
