Responsibilities:- Turn prospective homebuyers into qualified leads by continuously following up and facilitating communication and adding them to the sales pipeline
- Hold open houses to engage with potential clients and introduce them to their local real estate market
- Coordinate efforts to negotiate property sale between buyer and seller to achieve desired results
- Search for prospective homebuyers and present them with information on homes that fit their needs and budget
- Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for clients to facilitate a smooth transaction
- Holding yourself accountable for your actions, and working to continuously grow your real estate business
- Setting goals to push your business further
- 1+ years of buyer’s agent or relevant real estate experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred
- Familiarity with the area real estate market conditions and current real estate trends
- Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car
- Previous sales/customer service experience - servers, bartenders, and previous military personnel welcome
- Active Virginia Real Estate Salesperson license (no license, no problem We teach in the house)
