Compensation:

$101,000 at plan earnings

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with potential homebuyers to convert them into qualified leads through consistent follow-up and effective communication.
  • Act as the primary liaison between buyers and sellers to ensure smooth and successful transactions.
  • Identify potential homebuyers and provide them with detailed information on properties that align with their preferences and financial capabilities.
  • Host open houses to foster relationships with prospective buyers and familiarize them with the local real estate landscape.
  • Prepare essential documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases to ensure a seamless transaction experience.
  • Maintain accountability for personal performance while striving for continuous growth in the real estate sector.
  • Establish and pursue goals to enhance business performance.
Qualifications:
  • Possession of a valid U.S. driver's license and the ability to travel by car.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Strong understanding of local real estate market dynamics and current industry trends.
  • Prior experience in sales or customer service is beneficial; backgrounds in hospitality or military service are welcome.
  • Active Virginia Real Estate Salesperson license is required (training available for those without a license).
