Compensation:$101,000 at plan earnings
Key Responsibilities:- Engage with potential homebuyers to convert them into qualified leads through consistent follow-up and effective communication.
- Act as the primary liaison between buyers and sellers to ensure smooth and successful transactions.
- Identify potential homebuyers and provide them with detailed information on properties that align with their preferences and financial capabilities.
- Host open houses to foster relationships with prospective buyers and familiarize them with the local real estate landscape.
- Prepare essential documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases to ensure a seamless transaction experience.
- Maintain accountability for personal performance while striving for continuous growth in the real estate sector.
- Establish and pursue goals to enhance business performance.
- Possession of a valid U.S. driver's license and the ability to travel by car.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Strong understanding of local real estate market dynamics and current industry trends.
- Prior experience in sales or customer service is beneficial; backgrounds in hospitality or military service are welcome.
- Active Virginia Real Estate Salesperson license is required (training available for those without a license).
