Key Responsibilities:- Engage with potential homebuyers to convert them into qualified leads through consistent follow-up and effective communication.
- Act as the primary liaison between buyers and sellers to guarantee a successful transaction.
- Identify prospective homebuyers and provide them with detailed information on properties that align with their needs and financial capabilities.
- Host open houses to cultivate relationships with potential buyers and familiarize them with the local real estate landscape.
- Prepare essential documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, and closing statements to facilitate seamless transactions.
- Maintain accountability for personal performance and strive for continuous growth in the real estate sector.
- Establish and pursue personal business goals to enhance sales performance.
- Possession of a valid U.S. driver's license and the ability to travel by car.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Comprehensive understanding of local real estate market trends and conditions.
- Prior experience in sales or customer service is advantageous; backgrounds in hospitality or military service are welcomed.
- Active Virginia Real Estate Salesperson license is required (training provided for those without a license).
