ENTEK is seeking applications for an Accounts Receivable Analyst role to join us on-site at our Lebanon, Oregon location (relocation within 40 miles of Lebanon is required).


The Accounts Receivable Analyst is responsible for managing the invoicing process, monitoring and collecting overdue accounts, performing account reconciliations, and collaborating with sales and supply chain to ensure accurate billing. The role includes preparing regular reports, assisting with financial statements, working with customers and internal teams to resolve issues, and identifying opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in billing and collections.


Working Environment

The hours for this role are Monday-Friday 7:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.


The employee in this role is required to sit for extended periods of time, and is frequently required to stand and walk, as well as talk, hear, and complete tasks that require reaching and finger dexterity. This role may require the employee to occasionally move and handle objects weighing up to 20 pounds.


The role primarily works in an office environment but may occasionally need to visit the manufacturing floor, which will require wearing eye and hearing PPE and may expose the incumbent to fumes or airborne particles and chemicals in the plant environment.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Two (2) years of experience in a financial or administrative role.
  • Effective oral and written English communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with co-workers and customers.
  • High degree of professional ethics and integrity.
  • Excellent judgment and analytical skills.
  • Satisfactory results from a pre-employment drug screen.
  • Satisfactory results from a pre-employment background check.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience within accounts receivable.
