Candidate needed for reception duties as well as project assistance with facilities duties.Reception:
  • Moderate phone volume, low in-person/walk-in volume.
  • Candidate should be able to answer multi-line phones, transfer, take messages, and relay messages as needed.
  • Candidate should be able to work independently searching for contact details on the Client's website
  • Sort and process incoming mail.
  • Process outgoing mail using USPS postage meter (user-friendly Pitney Bowes machine).
  • Maintain building phone directory, and updated all new contact info using MS Excel.
  • Greet visitors and escort to the waiting area or appropriate meeting room.
  • Track visitor badges and ensure they are all accounted for at the end of each day.
  • Print, copy, and scan using multi-function devices.
Facilities Duties:
  • Receive deliveries from all carriers.
  • Update and maintain signage (we use Word for this)
  • Wipe Down and Prepare cubicles for touchdown staff
  • Maintain equipment spreadsheet (excel) of equipment at touchdown locations
  • Charge Lockers bi-weekly
  • Maintain accountability of PPE supplies, distribute as needed
  • Replenish disinfecting station supplies (wipes, sprays, gloves, etc.)
Required Skills:
  • 5 years of Telephone experience.
  • 3 years of Customer Service
  • 1 year of Mail Processing
  • 1 year of Communication skills
  • 2 Years of Data Entry
  • 6 Months of Ability to lift/carry/push 30 lbs
  • 1 year of Inventory Management
