Job Description:
The Facilities Manager is responsible for the planning, organization, execution and communication regarding service related issues. The Facilities Manager will report directly to the Executive Directors at both Chick-fil-A Rockwell North (7101 W Memorial Rd) and Chick-fil-A Rockwell South (7004 NW Expressway).
Expected Results
The Facilities Manager is expected to maintain all machines and equipment in the FOH and BOH. They will trouble shoot possible service issues with FOH/BOH Directors on a as needed basis.
- Keep machines in good working condition
- Keep open communications with FOH/BOH leadership on maintenance concerns.
- Cleanliness of equipment and machines.
The Facilities Manager is expected to complete the day-to-day activities involving the maintenance of the building/facility, including HVAC,, plumbing, building lighting systems, grounds keeping, security and overall facility appearance.
Responsibilities of the Facilities Manager
- Develop a preventative maintenance schedule to keep all equipment in safe working order
- Be able to successfully function during times of uncertainty and changing priorities
- Remains calm, maintains perspective and responds in a professional manner when faced with evolving situations.
- Keep strong relationships with our vendors.
- Track purchases/orders as necessary while ordering supplies.
- Maintain all inspection, audit, and maintenance records.
- Experience in electrical, plumbing, and heat and air is preference.
