Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of capital planning for facilities and real estate infrastructure.
  • Maintain a comprehensive 10-year capital strategy for infrastructure projects.
  • Ensure accurate asset inventories across the system, managing a portfolio valued at approximately $1.8 billion.
  • Develop and implement a Technical Needs Assessment and Equipment Replacement Program for infrastructure assets.
  • Provide strategic and operational support for capital development initiatives.
  • Manage individual capital projects as assigned, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget.
  • Act as a key member of the Project Review Committee, fostering collaboration among various disciplines.
  • Communicate project timelines and coordinate efforts with leadership across all campuses.
  • Track financial transactions related to infrastructure projects, including quotes, requisitions, and vendor invoicing.
  • Deliver weekly updates on project status and financial expenditures.

Facilities and Operations Management:

  • Oversee preventive maintenance and asset replacement planning.
  • Prepare and submit capital budgets and renewal plans.
  • Evaluate and execute facilities project work across departments.
  • Assist in maintenance programs, including contract document preparation for various systems.
  • Ensure compliance with service contracts and contractor specifications.
  • Review project scopes to ensure vendor compliance with organizational standards.
  • Manage change orders and necessary funding for project adjustments.

Environmental Health and Safety Support:

  • Collaborate with the Director of EHS to implement organizational standards and protocols.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements for internal and external projects.
  • Address safety and environmental issues in collaboration with department leadership.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
  • Focus on environmental initiatives and their community impact.

Travel Requirements:

  • This position requires travel to various INTEGRIS Health campuses.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred; extensive relevant experience will be considered.
  • Seven to ten years of experience in similar roles, preferably in healthcare.
  • Strong collaboration skills with executives and leadership teams.
  • Advanced knowledge of HVAC, electrical, mechanical, and compliance issues.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel.
