Job Summary


Digital Banking Operations facilitates new Customer digital solution enrollments, training and support. This role serves as the primary driver ensuring a superior experience in all interactions, including implementing new products and services; performing maintenance; and performing complex troubleshooting issues. This role will perform risk analysis for Cash Management customers and monitor transaction behavior via Q2 Sentinal.


Job Responsibilities

  • Own all aspects of the service and implementation process for both internal and external customers, ensuring accuracy, quality, and expediency through various communication channels.
  • Completes Digital Banking product service implementations, modification, maintenance, and service requests efficiently and expediently for internal and external customers.
  • Works with Customers to install, train, and support Digital Banking Products.
  • Coordinates with assigned approvers to facilitate rapid decisions on behalf of customers for file limit increases for ACH, Wires or Remote Deposit, while also maintaining established risk management controls.
  • Communicate to Sales Team opportunities uncovered while working with customers.
  • Supports identification of product improvements and solutions by documenting and sharing customer and user feedback with internal team members and taking necessary actions to enhance bank services.
  • Assists with internal testing and training on product upgrades and implementations.
  • Monitor high-risk transaction using Q2 Sentinal.
  • Perform periodic risk review of Cash Management customers using Centrix PIQS.
  • Operate in compliance with laws and regulations.
  • Job may require other duties as assigned.

Qualifications, Knowledge, and Skills

  • 3-5 years of professional experience in a related business function or industry, required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field or equivalent combination of education and work experience
  • Demonstrated problem solving ability through interaction with customers and business partners.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to mobilize internal resources to resolve issues
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
  • Strong analytic ability with attention to detail
  • Strong organization and prioritization skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • In-depth knowledge of computers and banking software.


Work Environment

  • General office conditions
  • Must be able to work effectively at a computer for extended periods of time
  • Must be able to sit for extended periods of time
  • Regular attendance is necessary
  • Frequent local travel
