With over 30 providers, Orthopedic Associates provides patient care at multiple locations throughout the Miami Valley region. We are seeking a motivated candidate who demonstrates Honor, Integrity and Service while developing “Focus” and “Trust” with patients and team members.

SPECIFIC JOB DUTIES:

  • Customer Service – treat patients with individualized, compassionate care.
  • Patient Care in Clinic (including bracing and stitch removal)
  • Removing dressing/splints
  • Removing casts
  • Removing braces
  • Removing sutures/staples
  • Prepare rooms for patient visits, ensure room is clean & proper equipment & supplies are available
  • Ensure adequate stock of all necessary equipment supplies in designated areas at established par levels
  • Perform vital signs and reports abnormalities to assigned MA, PA or physician
  • Scribe HPI (History of present illness)
  • Verify
    1. Allergies
    2. Medications
    3. Past medical history
    4. Past surgeries

Required Education and Experience:

  • Health care industry experience
  • CMA, RMA or CCMA

Work Authorization

  • Must be able to provide required documentation stating that the employee is legal to work in the United States.
