Frauenshuh is seeking an experienced and highly motivated commercial real estate professional to drive client relationships and business development activities. This critical role will be able to identify and understand market opportunities and action their strategic plan to win new business and advise clients across a variety of strategic, portfolio, transaction, facilities management, project management and other Frauenshuh services.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Secure new and expanded business opportunities through prospecting, networking, relationship building, and selling additional services to the current client base.
  • Partner with current clients to gain an understanding of their business goals and objectives.
  • Account development experience with C-Level executives a must.
  • Coach others and share in-depth knowledge of own job discipline and broad knowledge of several job disciplines within the function.
  • Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with Frauenshuh values. Work to build consensus and convince others to reach an agreement.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree with 10+ years of relevant experience in commercial and/or corporate real estate advisory, consulting, brokerage, management and/or development.
  • Experience working with and cultivating multi-disciplined teams on and within commercial or corporate real estate portfolios.
  • A Real Estate license is required.
  • Experience in Minnesota, multi-state region and across national markets is a plus.
  • Investment analytical skills preferred.
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products.

  • Ability to promote and team with all Frauenshuh departments and services.
  • Consultative, analytical data-driven approach to assist clients.
  • Excellent knowledge of real estate market trends and regulations
  • Ability to respond to inquiries effectively and efficiently from clients, co-workers, supervisor, and/or management.
  • Willingness to take a new perspective on existing solutions.
  • Organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset.
  • Sophisticated math skills. Ability to calculate complex figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.
  • Ability to effectively present information.

This is an in-person leadership role responsible for building team cohesion and contributing to the organization's overall culture.

In addition to base salary, Frauenshuh offers incentive opportunities (i.e., commissions and annual discretionary bonus) based on the role to reward the achievement of annual performance objectives.
