Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our team and help propel Senior Compass Fort Wayne into the community. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a start-up and play a critical role in its growth and success. As a Sales Executive, you will be in charge of all things sales, from setting up meetings with senior healthcare facilities and other businesses to selling our services and following up with clients. Our company’s goal is to scale massively so we are looking for someone to spearhead sales in our local market and also be able to lead a team of sales representatives once we move to other markets.0

Key Responsibilities:

  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within these organizations.
  • Sales Meetings: Schedule and conduct meetings with potential clients to present and promote Senior Compass Fort Wayne’s services.
  • Closing Sales: Effectively communicate the value of our platform, addressing any questions or concerns, and close sales deals.
  • Follow-Up: Ensure ongoing communication and support with clients post-sale to maintain relationships and secure renewals.
  • Community Engagement: Represent Senior Compass Fort Wayne at local events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to increase brand awareness.
  • Strategy Meetings: Participate in strategy meetings, providing input on business development tactics.
  • Market Analysis: Engage in market analysis to understand industry trends and identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with team members on projects to enhance the company's sales processes and client engagement strategies.
  • Account Management: Define the overall approach for specific accounts and/or industries, develop work plans, and create compelling sales propositions utilizing internal and external data.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Previous sales experience or transferable skills in relationship-building and communication.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills. Strong work ethic and a proactive approach to sales.
  • Motivation: Ability to work primarily for commission with the drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Local Knowledge: Familiarity with the Fort Wayne community and senior care industry is a plus.
  • Self-Prioritization: Ability to self-prioritize tasks to drive results.
  • Organizational Effectiveness: Excellent understanding of organizational effectiveness and operations management.
  • Leadership and Organizational Skills: Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.
