We provide support to over 30 families of individuals with Autism and special needs, through the implementation of effective Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques and strategies. Responsibilities and Duties

  • Providing individual ABA intervention to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
  • Implementation of treatment and behavior plans under the direction of a Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) and Level I Supervisor
  • Guide skill acquisition and behavior management in clinic and classroom settings for assigned clients in-line with Today’s ABA principles
  • Complete accurate, real-time data collection via various documentation mediums
  • Participate in ongoing training, staff development, and continuing education for professional growth
  • Provide summary of client’s therapy day at pick-up
  • Achieve and maintain RBT certification
  • Collaboration with other service providers (ST, OT, PT)

Job Description

Just Kids Autism Center is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our multidisciplinary team at Just Kids Autism Center. Just Kids Autism Center is a Minnesota-based, owner-operated organization that has been providing ASD services since 2021.

Qualifications and Skills

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Experience in ABA required
  • Complete and pass the initial background check
  • Registered Behavioral Therapist preferred
  • RBT Certification. Demonstrate a thorough understanding of DTT, PECS, PRT, and other ABA strategies.
  • BA in Psychology, Human Services, related field preferred.

Part-time or Full- time hours available. Monday- Saturday 9:30am-5:30pm shifts are available.

Sign-on bonus: $500 after 90 days of probation is completed and 20+ a week is met.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $19.50 - $22.00 per hour
