Our goal is to be recognized as the premier therapy provider, celebrated for our innovative and impactful programs, and to work alongside a team of highly motivated and dedicated professionals who strive to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver individualized ABA interventions to children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
  • Execute treatment and behavior plans under the guidance of a Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) and Level I Supervisor.
  • Facilitate skill development and behavior management in both clinic and educational environments for assigned clients, adhering to contemporary ABA principles.
  • Maintain precise, real-time data collection through various documentation methods.
  • Engage in continuous training, professional development, and educational opportunities for personal growth.
  • Provide a comprehensive summary of the client's therapy session during pick-up.
  • Achieve and uphold RBT certification.
  • Collaborate with other service providers, including Speech Therapy (ST), Occupational Therapy (OT), and Physical Therapy (PT).

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED is mandatory.
  • Prior experience in ABA is essential.
  • Successful completion of an initial background check is required.
  • Registered Behavioral Technician certification is preferred.
  • RBT Certification with a solid understanding of DTT, PECS, PRT, and other ABA strategies is necessary.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Services, or a related field is preferred.

We offer both part-time and full-time positions with flexible hours available. Shifts are typically scheduled from Monday to Saturday.

Compensation: $22.00 per hour, with a sign-on bonus of $500 after completing a 90-day probation period and meeting the required hours.
