Job Description: Sunbelt Staffing is currently seeking a dedicated Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a school district near Mountain View, CA.The selected candidate will be responsible for conducting functional behavior assessments, developing individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs), and implementing behavior management strategies to support students ages K-12within our school district. Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive functional behavioral assessments for students.
Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to implement behavior support strategies
Monitor student progress through data collection and analysis
Qualifications:
Active BCBA certification through the BACB
Pediatrics experience (preferred)
School experience (preferred)
Full-time or Part-time
