Position Overview: We seek a passionate individual dedicated to fulfilling the ABA commitment.

This role offers the chance to work within dynamic family environments and clinical settings, collaborating closely with Occupational Therapists (OTs) and Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs). This collaboration fosters the effective development of programs tailored to real-world scenarios, with a strong emphasis on enhancing quality of life.

At BBTS, you will be part of a supportive team comprising leaders, colleagues, and direct support staff, all committed to your professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage caseloads effectively.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor behavior intervention plans.
  • Collect and analyze data to track progress.
  • Train and supervise caregivers and staff in both home and clinical environments.

Successful candidates will demonstrate reliability, independence, and a genuine passion for working with children.

Qualifications:

  • Must hold a Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst.
  • Must pass a background check.
  • Licensed as a Behavior Analyst in the state of Utah.
  • Experience in providing ABA services in home and clinical settings.
