Position Details
This is a PART-TIME, in-home role focused on delivering tailored support to a young client. The schedule includes weekdays with specific hours dedicated to providing effective behavioral interventions.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement behavior analysis strategies for children with developmental disabilities in various settings.
- Deliver one-on-one therapeutic support in a home or community context.
- Collaborate with a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst to execute treatment objectives.
- Provide regular updates on client progress to the supervising team.
- Assist in teaching essential skills such as communication, self-care, and social interactions.
- Maintain accurate records of client progress and treatment data.
- Adhere to company policies and maintain confidentiality of client information.
Qualifications
- Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician is preferred.
- A Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field is advantageous.
- At least two years of experience working with individuals facing behavioral challenges or developmental disabilities.
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
- Flexibility in scheduling to meet client needs is essential.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities are necessary.

Compensation
