Work Environment: We employ a hybrid model of service delivery, incorporating home, clinic, and community settings as determined by the Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Position Overview: We are in search of enthusiastic individuals committed to fulfilling the ABA promise. This role offers the chance to work within dynamic family environments and clinic settings, collaborating closely with Occupational Therapists (OTs) and Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to develop effective programs that enhance quality of life.
Team Collaboration: At BBTS, you will join a supportive team of leaders, colleagues, and direct support staff, with numerous opportunities for professional advancement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage caseloads effectively.
- Conduct assessments and develop behavior plans.
- Implement and monitor behavior interventions.
- Collect and analyze data to track progress.
- Train and supervise caregivers and staff in both home and clinic environments.
Candidate Profile: Ideal candidates are reliable, self-sufficient, and possess a genuine love for working with children.
Qualifications:
- Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Licensed as a Behavior Analyst in the state of Utah.
- Experience as a BCBA in both home and clinic settings.
