We are currently accepting applications for both Turn and Senior Maintenance Technicians. Qualified applicants will possess the necessary skills and experience to immediately turn units for new tenants. Senior techs know how to handle work orders from plumbing to HVAC and everything inbetween. Candidates must be highly skilled in customer service, maintain a high level of competency, and have an innovative mindset. Salary will depend on experience and skill set.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Knowledge of interior maintinence issues, (HVAC, Plumbing, Carpentary, Electrical)
  • Complete requested repairs in a timely manner
  • Provide excellent customer service when communicating with residents
  • Make ready properties for new move-ins
  • Competing work orders meeting weekly quotas.
  • Accurately record work performed into Company Software
  • Perform inspections and preventative maintenance on a monthly schedule

Success Factors

Education

  • High School Diploma (or equivalent)
