Our client, a leader in local property services, is seeking an experienced and eager Maintenance Technician who wants to grow in their field and expand the capabilities of a quickly growing home services team.
This role entails providing full-scale property services for Traditional & Short-Term Rental Property Managers from design and furnishing to renovations, upkeep, and maintenance down the road.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Perform reactive maintenance/repairs as needs arrive across our clients' properties.
- Perform proactive and preventative maintenance/repairs.
- Perform small renovation jobs on multifamily properties.
- Maintenance and Repair typically performed:
- Cosmetic wall repair (drywall replacement, patching, spackle, paint, etc.)

- Furniture repair and cleaning
- Basic appliance troubleshooting and repair
- Repairing and replacing electrical fixtures (lights, fans, switches, etc.)
- Basic plumbing repair (toilets, sink drains, shower heads/diverters, etc.)
- Basic HVAC issue troubleshooting (troubleshoot thermostats, air filters, drain lines, etc.)
- Onboarding new clients and properties
- Assemble furniture
- Place furnishings according to plan
- Gathering Property Data as well as doing damage assessment
- 3D Scanning of new properties (training will be provided)
- Set up property technology (Wi-Fi, Nest thermostats, security cameras, door locks, etc.)
- Clean driving record and active driver's license
- Must have a car in good working condition (reliable transportation to and from work)
- Available to work weekdays or weekends
- Available to work 4 to 5 days per week
- Able to lift 50 pounds
- Experience with carpentry (preferred)
We will work out schedules with the individual to make sure it works for their individual needs
HOURS:
- Day shift: 8:30AM - 4:30PM
- Night Shift: 4PM - 12AM
