Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough inspections to determine necessary repairs or replacements prior to tenant occupancy.
  • Execute required repairs, including painting, wall patching, fixture replacements, and carpet cleaning.
  • Ensure all appliances, plumbing fixtures, and electrical systems are functioning properly.
  • Collaborate with property management and maintenance teams to effectively prioritize and complete turnover tasks.
  • Maintain detailed records of unit turnover progress and completed tasks.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in apartment turnover or general maintenance is preferred.
