We are looking for a pastry Chef with 5 years + professional pastry / baking experience

Creative , organized with strong attention to details. Comfortable in fast paced environment 

Self Starter, driven, motivator with good  communications skills to lead and collaborate with a diverse staff 

Comfortable in a fast paced environment

The candidate will be proficient  in wedding cakes  , custards, sponges, breakfast goods , laminated doughs , dessert buffets and volume production .

Available to work weekends and Holidays 

 

 

Company DescriptionEstablished in 2015 , Pascaline Patisserie & Cafe has been providing Sonoma county with delicious pastries and desserts, memorable wedding cakes and lavish desserts buffets as well as sandwiches and salads in its first location in Sebastopol .
