The Business Development and Field Supervisor Director is responsible for developing and executing business objectives for the company as a whole. Developing and implementing marketing, sales, and media strategies in a manner that supports business growth while increasing brand equity and awareness. The Business Development Director’s top priorities are evaluating, planning, organizing, managing, and contributing to all sales channels in an effort to achieve corporate objectives while ensuring a consistent marketing message and strengthening our position for the in-person and digital market. He/she will implement the iKids mission in daily activities and interactions. This job description is a working document, and the position may be revised as needed to meet organizational needs.
Primary Functions:
Developing, expanding, and maintaining business relationships
Analyze and evaluate both existing and potential marketing and media activities and strategies
Conduct, gather, and analyze market opportunities and competitiveness
Plan, manage, coordinate and execute all marketing and media program initiatives
Achieve targeted results and ensure timely and effective execution of marketing and media programs to grow enrollment for in-person and at-home programs
Develop benchmark criteria to measure the effectiveness of marketing and media tactics and programs
Create, present, and/or respond to proposals for sales objectives, including RFPs in conjunction with the Operations Director
Collaborate, educate and prepare key messaging and presentation material for Executive Leadership Team

Qualifications and Requirements:
- College degree or equivalent experience
- Experience in meeting sales goals and objectives
- Excellent presentation, verbal, and written skills
- Attention to detail
- Experience working with multi-digital platforms, including social media and video creation
- Experience with analytics
- Computer skills (Microsoft Suite, Adobe, etc.)
- Experience working in a children’s industry
- Pass a background check
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Miscellaneous Cross-Over Functions:
Assist with providing quality implementation of iKids Inc. services. Must be knowledgeable and follow all iKids U Policies & Procedures
Assist with Franchisee support as it relates to the position
Assist with administrative functions as needed
Assist and encourage company growth objectives
Be able to serve in the role of Site Coordinator as needed or in the absence of one. Responsible for teaching and substituting as needed.
