We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Hotel Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing our client base, driving sales, and developing new business opportunities. You will also be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with existing clients and ensuring customer satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**:

- Required to work manager on duty weekend shifts as needed.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor analysis, and potential growth areas
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions for clients
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology sales

**Experience**:
2 To 5 years experience in hotel sales or banquet sales or event sales with a proven record of accomplishments.

**Education**:
Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Hospitality or Sales and Marketing is prefferred.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
