**Sales Representative**

**Base Salary plus Unlimited Commission**

Do you get excited about growing with a new business? We are a quickly growing franchise providing unique services to repeat customers who love what we do. We are growing fast; you can help us take it to the next level.

As a Surface Experts Sales Representative, your job is to find and build relationships with commercial customers who work in property management and facilities maintenance. Our services are unique. Customers don’t know that they need them. Your job is to educate customers about how we can help. We are looking for someone who enjoys working with people, learning new things, and solving problems.

**No experience in sales is needed**

You don't need to have sales experience, but you do need to like to work with people.

**Job Duties and Responsibilities**:
Meeting with 10-15 contacts a day.
- Meeting customers in a variety of industries, including apartments, property management, hotels, movers, construction, and real estate

Maintaining and expanding existing Customer relationships
- Educating on Surface Experts capabilities and limitations
- Ensuring customer satisfaction
- Earning the trust of our Customers

Our sales process
- We give you the script to help you sell confidently and help you practice
- Educate customers about what we do
- Use our CRM to track customers from lead to work order and all steps in between
- Reporting accurately and weekly
- Brainstorming to find new leads and opportunities

**Required Qualifications**:

- Experience working with customers
- Energy and motivation to set and achieve goals
- License to operate a passenger car and a clean driving record
- Professional attitude and a love of working with people

**Preferred Skills**:

- General working knowledge of property management, hotels, or the construction industry
- Experience using CRM tool and process
- Experience working in base + commission environment
