MUST HAVE SOME PRIOR KNOWLEDGE OF GRANITE AND MARBLE
MUST BE ABLE TO TAKE MEASUREMENTS, INVOICE MATERIAL, AND QUOTE OVER THE PHONE PRICING
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (excel, word, etc.)
- Higher education and/or practical office experience in a small office environment would be considered a plus.
- Knowledge of granite and marble material
- Previous customer service skill sets
- Responsible for quality customer care regarding a consumer’s sales. This will include possessing knowledge of Material Product, Colors, Maintenance, Sinks, and Pricing.
- Outsides Sales will be 50% of the week with minimal overnight demands. You will be in contact with your established customer base as well as attempting to find new additional business.
- Inside Sales will be 50% of the week where you will service all accounts that come through the door as well as follow up with your outside efforts and office needs.
- Organizational Skills to multi-task with several account demands
- Attention to details as you will be quoting prices and shipping over several sales
