Sales Representative

Genuine Parts Company is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting our entire line of Heavy Duty products and programs to new and existing customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by establishing and maintaining good relations with customers, responding to their needs, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Business Planning: Work with the Store Manager to develop business plans that align with company goals and objectives, and provide regular updates on sales performance.
- Product Promotion: Promote our entire line of Heavy Duty products and programs to customers, highlighting their features and benefits.
- Communication Skills: Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and management.
- Organizational Skills: Demonstrate strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage time, and meet deadlines.
- Previous Sales Experience: Previous sales experience is preferred, but not required.
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Education: Associate degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school, or six months of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Skills: Exceptional customer service and communication skills, reliability, organization, attention to detail, and a focus on results.
