The Brain and Spine Center  is currently seeking ​a Posting Specialist And A/R Representative to join our team You will be responsible for posting daily payments and balancing, as well as, Account Receivables on select accounts. You will work directly with the Financial Supervisor and assist with claims processing. 

Responsibilities:

  • Posting daily cc, electronic and check payments
  • Compute and reconciliation of daily postings 
  • Check the accuracy of business transactions
  • Perform data entry and administrative duties 

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in posting payments required
  • Fundamental knowledge of EOB's
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
  • Kareo/Tebra EHR exp a plus
  • Prior collections exp necessary
