Full Job Description:

Affinity Caregiver LLC is seeking a fun loving, flexible, passionate individuals to join our team as a Part-Time or Full-Time IHS Staff. We are looking for individuals to assist clients with daily life activities.

IHS Staff Responsibilities:

  • Help each reach and maintain the highest level of performance and independence while assisting them with daily living activities.
  • Document services performed.
  • Observe client and report any changes in physical and emotional condition to the supervisor.
  • Assisting with appointment setting, taking to and from appointments
  • Assist with Shopping
  • Complete other duties as assigned.

IHS Staff Requirements:

  • Must Have Valid Driver’s License, Reliable Transportation, and Insurance
  • Experience preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Salary: From $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 4 hour shift
  • 5x8
  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability

Education:

  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)

Work Location: on the road
