Schedule: Candidates will collaborate with the Program Manager/Program Director to establish a flexible schedule that may include morning, daytime, evening, and weekend shifts.

  • The Individual Support Specialist will report directly to the Program Manager and will spend time assisting clients with diverse abilities within their homes.
  • The adaptable schedule of 10-29 hours will be arranged in partnership with the Program Manager and Program Director.

Requirements:

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain an acceptable driving record as per Pinnacle Services policy.
  • Reliable transportation and current auto insurance are essential for success in this role.
  • Must pass a DHS background check.
  • Ideal candidates will exhibit patience, compassion, and flexibility.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build trusting relationships with clients are crucial.

Preferred candidates: Should have experience in a personalized one-on-one setting, particularly with individuals who have mental and developmental disabilities, and demonstrate accountability while working independently.

  • All job offers are contingent upon a cleared DHS background check and a clean driving record.
  • Paid training will be provided to those who are offered a position.

Compensation: $15-15 Hourly Wage
