Job Summary:
The Deerfield Campus Ministry Coordinator will provide essential support and coordination for all ministries at our Deerfield Campus. This role involves administrative tasks, fostering communication between ministries, and upholding the vision and values of Kingswood Church. This position is Part-Time --25 hours per week. The work hours are 2 weekdays 9:00- 1:00’; 2 weekdays 9-3 and Sundays 9-noon.

Primary Responsibilities:

In this role, you will engage with and support all Deerfield Campus ministries, assist in coordinating children's Sunday School and other Children Ministry needs, provide leadership for the 50’s PLUS Ministry across Deerfield and Buffalo Grove Campuses, coordinate logistics for campus events and church-wide retreats, and offer administrative support to church leadership and staff.

Qualifications Required:

We are seeking candidates with a college degree preferred and 3-5 years of church ministry experience. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft 365). Self-motivation with the ability to work independently and engage teams is key.
