Job Title: Organizational Change Management / Organizational Business Lead

Location: Renton, WA // Onsite

Full time or contract positions


ADDITIONAL NOTES

Position is full-time, dayshift (Pacific Time Zone), Monday thru Friday.

Potential telecommutes opportunity @ 1 day remote, and 4 days on-premises.

Must be flexible with work schedule to allow coordination with global teams. May be early meetings with teams in EU or Asia. Not uncommon to have days between 6 am - 3 pm PST.


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

· Gather, interpret, and analyze business requirements from multiple stakeholders, teams, and divisions.

· Ability to communicate and give presentations to high level executives on progress of application rollout.

· Develop and execute a comprehensive communication plan for the full product roll-out, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the process.

· Advocating for both the end user and the project team to ensure that quality roll-out of the application.

· Support the end customers adoption implementation in new applications, tools, or processes.

· Work with customers, vendors, and different business divisions. Must be proactive in communication and focused on getting the job done.

· Drive and deliver project results and challenge the business on their assumptions of how they will successfully execute their plans.

· Develop and manage business readiness plan.

· Build and execute project plans, ensuring conformance to established PACCAR standards and procedures.

· Development of training materials (documentation, videos) for internal/external customers.

· Business Readiness risk analysis and mitigation.

· Collaborate with developers and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision and analyze tradeoffs between usability and performance needs.

· Work with the quality assurance and development teams to triage defects and ensure changes are migrated into production correctly.

· Acquire and coordinate resources and services from both external vendors and internal teams.

· Conduct project management improvement activities.


QUALIFICATIONS

· 2 - 5 years of relevant experience in technology management, business readiness, or related roles is required.

· Strong experience in business readiness activities, such as change management, user adoption, training, and communication planning, is essential. This includes a deep understanding of the impact of technology

changes on business processes and the ability to effectively manage stakeholder expectations.

· Demonstrated experience leading people.

· Detail oriented with an ability to support multiple initiatives.

· Maintain high level of quality while working under pressure and deadlines.

· Demonstrate ability to communicate both verbally and in writing across all levels of the organization.

· Effectively communicate to stakeholders for clarity and definition

· Make presentations to management team and professional peers.

· Adhere to PACCAR IT Core Values

EDUCATION

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent experience.

 

SPECIFIC INTERPERSONAL SKILLS

· Ability to communicate with all levels of management and multiple business units.

· Strong bias for action; ability to juggle multiple priorities and create a sense of urgency in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

· Successful track record in working closely with technical teams to deliver on aggressive schedules.

· Experience managing release cycles.

· Knowledge of information technologies including, but not limited to, databases, application software, mobile platforms, cloud infrastructure and IT infrastructure hardware.
