We are looking for a dynamic, Leasing EXTRORDINAIRE, who can successfully market and lease newly constructed, stylish apartments in the Buffalo, NY area. We need you to connect people with their gorgeous, new homes and create buzz out in the community. We are looking to fill a full-time position.

You will:

  • Greet prospective residents and conduct dynamic tours of model unit and property
  • Assist prospective residents with completion of online application
  • Work to meet and exceed occupancy goals, using proven strategies from within our company
  • Utilize social media and other platforms to connect with prospective residents, respond to leads, answer questions, and attract future residents to our property


You will also perform various leasing and property tasks including, but not limited to:

  • LEASE
  • Follow-up on payment of deposit and/or fees associated with move-in
  • Accurately generate new leases and have a thorough, working knowledge of all leases
  • Utilize online software program to manage and maintain resident records, work orders and all communications
  • Walk the property daily, pick up garbage, and ensure the leasing route is marketable
  • Perform other tasks and duties as assigned by Property Manager


You must have a high school diploma or equivalent, have reliable transportation, be able to navigate computer systems and software easily, and be HONEST

Hours are Mon-Fri 10 AM -7 PM, Sat 10 AM - 2 PM
