A friendly demeanor and outstanding customer service abilities are essential, along with the capacity to manage a dynamic leasing environment.
Availability required on Saturdays from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM.
Key Responsibilities:
- Showcase available apartments to prospective tenants in an engaging manner.
- Assist in identifying suitable tenants through effective marketing strategies.
- Provide comprehensive information regarding property features and amenities.
- Verify application details and references for accuracy.
- Present leasing agreements and finalize contracts.
- Stay informed about the current property market trends.
- Conduct regular property inspections and ensure maintenance standards are met.
Required Skills:
- Demonstrated experience as a leasing consultant or in a sales role.
- Strong understanding of leasing regulations and compliance.
- Proven success in achieving sales targets.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Exceptional presentation and negotiation skills.
- Knowledgeable in marketing and sales strategies.
- Customer-oriented mindset.
Compensation: $19 per hour
