Work Schedule: Saturdays from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM.
Key Responsibilities:
- Showcase apartments to potential tenants in an engaging manner.
- Assist in identifying suitable tenants and promote available units through diverse media and marketing strategies.
- Provide comprehensive information regarding the unique features of properties.
- Verify application details and references.
- Present leasing terms and finalize agreements.
- Stay informed about the current property market trends.
- Ensure properties are well-maintained and conduct regular inspections.
Required Skills:
- Demonstrated experience as a leasing consultant or in a sales role.
- Strong understanding of leasing regulations and practices.
- Proven success in sales performance.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Excellent presentation and negotiation capabilities.
- Familiarity with marketing and sales methodologies.
- A customer-centric approach.
Compensation: $19 per hour
